The Community College of Philadelphia is hiring part-time faculty in English. A current faculty member writes, "there are a few perks of teaching part-time at CCP: 1) CCP students are amazing, and many colleagues (faculty & staff) are phenomenally invested, introspective, and caring. 2) CCP hires full-timers from the adjunct pool. In fact, the college is contractually required by the union to hire some percentage of current adjuncts when they interview for full-time positions.
