Publishing Internship at Quaker Journal

The First Day is a new journal inspired by Quaker faith, seeking to foster dialogue about the individual spiritual experience. We blend nonfiction stories of journey and discovery with fiction, poetry, visual arts, and reviews. We publish online daily on our blog, and issue a quarterly print journal of longer pieces. We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic intern who connects with our mission and is willing to do the following: read and give feedback on submissions, write occasionally on our blog, post to social media, and help with marketing and promoting our magazine.
